Most of the information contained in a Section 40 Certificate relates to the financial liability of a prospective buyer upon becoming the owner of the lot.
Current financial statements are provided for both the levy and water accounts, along with a water estimate, an insurance fact sheet and residential body corporate by-laws.
A free updated certificate can be obtained within thirty (30) days of the issue date of the original certificate. Any request for updated information outside of this timeframe will require a further search to be undertaken.
