All building activity in Sanctuary Cove is regulated by the Development Control By-Laws to ensure the Resort’s high standard of architectural integrity is maintained and, therefore, property values.
If you plan to build or extend, renovate, repaint, landscape, install a deck, patio, pontoon, screened enclosure or swimming pool, you must first obtain a Building Approval Number (BAN) from the Principal Body Corporate (PBC). This is essential before any works commence.
