Form 4 – Requiring Information from a Body Corporate

This form has been prepared in accordance with the Building Units and Group Titles Act 1980 (Qld) (BUGTA).

Use this form if you require:

• A Body Corporate Certificate (Form 18);
• An inspection of Body Corporate records; or
• Copies of records relating to a Residential Body Corporate (RBC).

Form 4a – Requiring Information from the Principal Body Corporate (PBC)

This form has been prepared in accordance with the Sanctuary Cove Resort Act 1985 (Qld) (SCRA).

Use this form if you require:

• Principal Body Corporate meeting minutes;
• House plans;
• Copies of Principal Body Corporate records; or
• Other information held by the Principal Body Corporate.

Form 4b – Actual Water Meter Reading (AWMR)

Use this form if you require an Actual Water Meter Reading (AWMR) to make adjustments for the settlement of a property.

This form has been prepared to assist with requests for water information.
