Payments

Contact your participating financial institution to make a payment from your cheque or savings account using BPay.

Your Biller Code and Reference Number can be found at the bottom of your levy or water bill in the “Payment Options” section.

Send your cheque, along with the StrataPay slip (bottom of the levy or water bill) by mail to:

To set up a direct debit, a Direct Debit Request form must be completed and submitted to StrataPay via their website.

Please note that a seperate form must be completed for levy and water accounts as they have different StrataPay reference numbers.

Once complete, please ensure the forms are sent directly to StrataPay, their address can be found at the bottom of the Direct Debit Request form.

BSB & Account Numbers can be found at the bottom of your levy or water bill in the “Payment Options” section. 

Please note that these details are unique to each bill. Levy bills and water bills will have separate account numbers.

The Account Name is StrataPay and the bank is CBA, Sydney, Australia.

Lot Owners are able to make payment of their levy or water bill via the following methods:

• Telephone
• StrataPay Portal
• Direct Debit
• BPay
• Post Office
• Cheque
• Internet Banking – EFT

In order to make payment via any of the methods listed above, you must have your StrataPay reference accessible. This is located in the bottom righthand corner of your levy or water notice, example below:

Present your bill at any Post Office to make cash, cheque or EFTPOS payments.

Your Billpay Code and Reference Number can be found at the bottom of your levy or water bill in the “Payment Options” section.

Once you have entered your StrataPay reference, click the “Quick Pay” button, this will take you through to the Payment Details page.

Enter the amount you wish to pay, select the card type you will use to make payment with and click the “Calculate Total” button. 

Note: Fees will be calculated based on the card type and will be passed through to StrataPay for you to make your payment. 

Click the “Continue Payment” button, this will take you to the Payment Summary page. 

Once you are satisfied with the total amount, click “Pay Now” to complete payment using your card details.
